  • maintain consistent communication with guests, both with social media presence and email newsletters, across 10 distinct restaurant concepts and brands (with 15 restaurant locations, and counting) 

  • create written and visual content that embodied the distinct personality of each brand and concept, while also aligning with the overarching Culinary Creative Group voice

  • build up email audience to share updates, announcements, special events, and more

process & outcomes

  • collaborated with marketing manager to determine what was working well already, understand leadership's goals, and identify opportunities for improvement

  • met and interviewed restaurant staff members to get to know the behind the scenes processes on-site and to build content around the folks who were in the restaurants each day 

  • established a consistent, once a month email newsletter cadence, each one with a unique theme, like a peek behind the scenes of developing the new steakhouse concept, from menu to decor, ahead of its opening 

  • in writing captions for and managing visual content for 7 different restaurant Instagram accounts, we prioritized highlighting staff members by taking portraits and conducting brief interviews to build captions that captured their personalities
